Shelly has spent her life participating in a diverse array of movement and fitness including a professional dance career, competitive gymnastics, Pilates, pole, aerial silks, and other aerial arts. More than 14 years of her life have been spent teaching various forms of fitness to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Shelly has endured numerous challenging injuries and surgeries that have made her extremely empathetic to those facing physical difficulties and rehabilitative struggles. Her firsthand knowledge of chronic pain drives her passion to help clients identify the root causes of their issues, assess what’s working, and adjust strategies as needed. With an extensive toolbox of solutions, Shelly ensures clients exercise safely and make steady progress toward their goals.
In addition to seeing clients at the studio, she works as a STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer, where she instructs the next generation of Pilates teachers. Within this sector of her career, she gets to learn and teach the latest advancements in human performance and Pilates. She integrates these insights into teaching her clients at the studio, offering a rich and dynamic approach to movement that makes her teaching style truly unique.

Everything is completely online and paperless! Scheduling and buying sessions are all a part of the website to simplify scheduling for training. Cancellations are also on your online account. To schedule an appointment, you must first buy a package. You may then use those credits to schedule online.

We implement a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel your session within 12 hours you will be charged in full for the session and will not be refunded the session credit.
