50 minute sessions are recommended for clients new to working with me, for more seasoned clients, and for anyone looking for longer exercise stamina.
30 Minute Private Training
30 minute sessions are great if you're short on time, enjoy shorter workouts, are rehabbing a specific injury, or are building up exercise tolerance.
50 Minute Duo Class
2 person fitness or Pilates semi-private session. It is recommended that you attend a semi-private class with someone who is around the same experience level as you. In the case of a large variation of experience, I will make my best effort to modify to accommodate the capabilities of each client in class to provide an adequate challenge.
Policies
12-Hour Cancellation Policy
We implement a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel your session within 12 hours you will be charged in full for the session and will not be refunded the session credit. If you cancel with more than 12 hours notice, you will be refunded your session credit. You may cancel a session either online in your account or by emailing us directly.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds. Session credits cannot be transferred or shared.
Attire
Proper exercise attire must be worn, which includes clothes that are comfortable to move in and will not get caught in machinery or disrupt movement. For Personal Training, closed-toe shoes must be worn. For Pilates grippy socks are required for your safety as regular socks can slip on the equipment. Hair must be worn up in Pilates classes so it does not get caught in the springs of equipment.
On Time Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session without prior notice, the session will be cancelled and you will be charged in full for your session. You will not be refunded your session credit.
