50 minute sessions are what I typically recommend in order to achieve a well-rounded and challenging workout. These sessions allow enough time to be detail oriented in your practice and the space to take your time, be present, and enjoy your movement session.

30 minute sessions are great for an express workout, rehabbing a specific injury, are short on time, or are building up exercise tolerance. It can also be a great option as a strength training session to compliment your Pilates practice, where we can focus more on challenging your body in different ways to achieve your functionality goals.

2 person fitness or Pilates semi-private session. It is recommended that you attend a semi-private class with someone who is around the same experience level as you. In the case of a large variation of experience, I will make my best effort to modify to accommodate the capabilities of each client in class to provide an adequate challenge.

Independent instructors are welcome to rent the studio at an hourly rate. I also offer the studio to students of Pilates at a discounted rate while they are obtaining their hours required for certification.
