You can visit the schedule page to book a session on any of the available days and open timeslots. All timeslots require a session credit to book. You can find our list of services and their respective packages here.
We keep a rolling 4 week schedule. Every Sunday a new week of availabilities will be posted.
Session credits can be used to book a session for that specific service. We deduct the credit that has the nearest expiration date for booking.
You may no longer use expired credits, but we will do our best to let you know ahead of time if the expiration date is near.
When you purchase credits, the expiration date is listed with the package you are purchasing, and it will also be in your purchase confirmation email.
Cancellations at least 12 hours before your session will refund the session credit back to you. Cancellations not within the 24 hour window forfeit the session and the credit. You can cancel your sessions on your profile page or by contacting your trainer directly.
You may cancel your recurring reservation on your profile under "Recurring Reservations". To change it just cancel and pick a new timeslot.
